What’s Open and What to Expect During Your Visit

Guests at Isleta Resort & Casino can expect to see some changes throughout the resort to protect the health of all Guests and Team Members.  Below are some questions you may have prior to visiting:


What are you doing to prevent the spread of COVID-19?

Efforts include but are not limited to:

  • All Guests must show a valid ID and be 21 years or older to enter Isleta Resort & Casino property.
  • All Guests, new or returning, must get a new players club card that contains a red stripe across the top.
  • Isleta Resort & Casino and all its properties areas are all non-smoking.
  • Proper masks will be required for all Guests and Team Members on the property. All Guests should be prepared to provide their own mask, but one may be purchased at an outdoor vending machine. Masks with vents or valves, bandanas or any type of gaiter are no longer permitted.
  • No one under the age of 21 will be allowed in the casino, restaurants or hotel.
  • In addition to routine cleaning, the property has implemented enhanced cleaning procedures including increasing the frequency of disinfecting restrooms to every 2 hours, sanitizing gaming machines multiple times during shifts, as well as sanitizing door handles, doors, courtesy phones, tables, chairs, handrails, and other high touch and high traffic areas multiple times a day.
  • The property currently has hand-sanitization stations for Guests and Team Members. They are located at each entry, food venue and throughout the resort. In addition, we encourage all of our Guests and Team Members alike to wash their hands frequently with soap and water.
  • Upon entry to the resort each Team Member will be subject to a scan for symptoms and a contactless temporal scan.  Those exhibiting a fever or symptoms will be asked to return at a later date when symptoms are clear and they have been approved to return from a medical provider.
  • Each Team Member has been tested for Covid-19 virus prior to returning to work.
  • Guests can expect markings on the floors in front of cage cashiers, Players Club, hotel front desks, kiosks, ATMs, and food and retail outlets throughout the resort.
  • All dining venues will have reduced seating capacity to maintain social distancing guidelines.
  • Face shields and plexi-glass dividers will be placed in close contact areas such as between each slot machine.

Players Club

How will my club status be affected?
During the closure, we have implemented an entirely new Players Club Card System. Every Guest will be required to get a players club card. Your points and club status have remained in place and will be available after receiving a new Players Club Card. For more information visit http://www.isleta.com/casino/join-the-club.

Will I be able to redeem any old promotional or direct mail offers when I return?
Unfortunately not, but be on the lookout for new and exciting promotions and other offers in the future.


How will the casino floor be affected?
To maintain proper social distancing on the casino floor, we have installed barriers between every slot machine on the casino floor. Each slot machine will be sanitized after every use. If you feel you need to have your machine re-cleaned or sanitized, a Team Member will be happy to assist you. In the table games area, each gaming table will have limited seating as well as plexi-glass shields in Black Jack.

Will you be tightening the machines when you reopen?
Absolutely not. The gaming at Isleta Resort & Casino will remain the same as it was prior to our closure.

When will Bingo open?
Bingo is now open.

  • Face coverings will be required at all times, as with the rest of the resort & casino areas.
  • Physical distancing requirements will be in place.
  • Bingo will hold one evening session a day, 7 Days a week.
  • Sales begin approximately 3:15 pm. New early games begin at 6 pm.
  • Warm-ups begin at 6:30, regular session to follow.
  • Seating is limited to 2 guests per table; total seats 128
  • Walk-ins based on available seating
  • All new programs & pricing information will be available at the Bingo Cashier area or by visiting http://www.isleta.com/casino/bingo

Table Games

In addition to the protocols established and executed by Isleta Resort & Casino Team Members, Cleaning and sanitizing protocols for Table Games include if a game closes, the chips on the game will be sanitized. This procedure is reiterated through every type of game in the pit.

All of our Dealers are:

  • Required to wear masks
  • May wear gloves at their option
  • Required to sanitize their hands when entering and exiting a game; optionally they may use hand sanitized as often as necessary (after a cash buy in, e.g.)

The Cage:

  • Executes chip fills only with washed/sanitized/disinfected chips
  • The entire chip bankroll is washed/sanitized/disinfected every two weeks
  • Chips returned to the Cage (cashed in) are sanitized before they are placed into vault storage
  • Chip trays are wiped down at least once per shift
  • All chips are sprayed with sanitizer at the beginning of every shift

Is Sports Book open?
Yes! You can now place bets on our Kiosks daily | 7am - Midnight!

Will all the restaurants be open?
Only Chile Ristra, Chill Coffee Bar, Daubers Grill, Ma-Tu-Ey, and the Snackbar at the Golf Course will be the only food & beverage outlets open at this time. TIWA Restaurant & Lounge, Embers Steak & Seafood, Fatburger, Center Bar, Sports Book Bar and Triple Sevens will all remain closed. All open restaurants will have limited seating and disposable menus.  There will be no menu limitations and you will be able to enjoy all of your favorites.

I have tickets to a canceled show, can I get a refund?
Yes. If you purchased your tickets you may have received an automatic refund to your credit card used for the purchase. If you have not received your automatic refund, simply visit the Players Club for a refund.

Will there be entertainment in the Casino, Bars or Restaurants?
No, we will reintegrate these performances when it is safe and responsible to do so.


What changes have you made to your Hotel?

  • Due to an alarming rise in COVID-19 cases in our surrounding states, and, out of an abundance of caution, Management has decided to restrict hotel guests to New Mexico Residents ONLY. Any reservation for guests from out of state will be cancelled with no penalty and any pre-paid rooms will be fully refunded. We understand this is an inconvenience but we are opting to do our part to help curtail the trending numbers in coronavirus infections.
  • Before checking into the hotel, all Guests must show a valid ID and be 21 years or older to enter Isleta Resort & Casino property.
  • Before checking in to the hotel, all Guests, new or returning, must have a new players club card that contains a red stripe across the top.

Hotel Front Desk Staff

  • Physical distancing for Guests will be queued by clearly marked indicators at each front desk.
  • Team Members will only utilize every other workstation to ensure social distancing whenever possible.
  • Pens will not be readily available to Guests. The front desk clerks will offer a pen if asked and if the pen is returned, the pens are kept in a sanitized pen container for the foreseeable future.
  • Shared tools, like the card swiper component, screen and stylus will be sanitized before, during, and after each transaction exchange with a guest or fellow employee. This includes phones, radios, computers, printers, copiers, key lockboxes, safety deposit boxes, and key cards.
  • Items left at the front desk for Guest pickup must be secured in a plastic bag for pick up.

Hotel Pool
The Isleta Hotel Pool and Hot Tub will be closed until further evaluations indicate it is safe to open them.

Fitness Center
No, our Fitness Center will reopen at a later date when it is determined to be safe.

In-Room Dining

  • Room service will not be available at this time but Guests my order food and take it to their room.
  • Food ordered may be added to the room bill and delivered in a plastic bag by a member of our F&B Team who will observed our 6ft distancing requirement.
  • Guests will be asked to leave their food containers inside of their rooms or to call the hotel front desk to retrieve them from the room.

The Spa at Isleta

Will The Spa at Isleta be open?
No, our spa will reopen at a later date when it is determined to be safe.

Isleta Golf Club

Is Isleta Golf Club open?

  • Yes. Isleta Golf Club is open now. 
  • Please use proper CDC public guidelines on social distancing of 6 feet away from others at all times if possible. Please do not show up if you are feeling ill. Please wear personal protective gear (face masks) in clubhouse.
  • Maximum groups of 4 players only. If an add-on player comes in, we will not be able to accommodate them. Golfers without a pre-scheduled tee time will not be permitted to play. 
  • Please be aware that the golf course is open to golf Only, so our building facilities will remain locked, but our restroom facilities will be available.
  • We will be checking in players in the golf shop, with a maximum of 5 people at a time.  We will only have One Entrance and Two Exits into our clubhouse.
  • Do not show up more than 20 minutes before your tee-time. This will limit the amount of people congregating. 
  • Please do not be late to your tee-time, as we may not be able to accommodate you at a later time.
  • We are eliminating on course equipment, including the following: Ball Washers, bunker rakes, drinking water station.  Beverage Cart will be operating, Guests are required to wear masks when purchasing beverages.  Food & Beverage will operate from Snack Bar window lower level on West Side of clubhouse. 
  • Avoid taking the flag stick out of the hole and avoid touching it as much as possible.
  • Please be respectful and keep a good pace of play, so groups aren’t getting stack up on a given hole.  If need be, your group will be asked to speed up or skip holes to catch up to the pace of play.
  • We will have all our carts sanitized before and after every use, by our great staff.  You are still welcomed to bring your own sanitizing products to give it that extra cleanliness.
  • Please realize that we are only open for golf, so upon the completion of your round, please turn in your carts to the cart barn dispose of trash in bins, and leave the premise.  We wish you could stay and enjoy your time after your round, but for now we have to stay open for golf until certain restrictions are eased for to lounge before and after your round. 
  • We are happy to be back to you serve you for your golfing needs.  Please follow new protocols to help us transition to the new norms of our business operations during these difficult times.

Isleta Lakes & RV Park

Is Isleta Lakes & RV Park open?

  • Yes! Isleta Lakes & RV Park is open now from 6am to 7pm daily. 
  • To maintain proper social distancing at the Lakes convenience store, only (5) guests at a time will be allowed in.  If you are waiting in line we ask guest to maintain 6 feet between you and the next person in line to get into store.  
  • All guests entering the store will be required to wear a mask at all times in store. 
  • Hand sanitizing stations are located in store for guest use and highly recommended. 
  • Plexiglas has been installed at counter for the safety of both guest and staff. 
  • We ask that once you are out around the lakes fishing or just relaxing that you and your family continue to exercise the 6 feet social distancing protocol.
  • Our pavilion area and Clubhouse is closed until further notice. RV spaces are available at 50% capacity on a first come basis. Showers are closed until further notice. 
  • As an additional reminder, if you have a fever, cough or are having any shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, or any other symptoms of an illness, you should remain home.
