Greetings Isleta Team Members,

We hope this email finds you and your family healthy and well during this unexpected and challenging time. Please know that you have been in our thoughts, and you will continue to be, as always.

At this time, the I Respond and Care Guest Service Program has truly taken on a new and even greater meaning for us, as it becomes more imperative than ever before that we truly CARE for one another. Please send support to your fellow colleagues, including those at home, and those essential staff who remain working in some form or another, including Table Games, Food & Beverage, Facilities Maintenance, Players Club, Poker, Bingo, Slots, Marketing, Accounting, Cage, Count, Purchasing, Compliance, HR, Hotel, Fun Connection, IT, Surveillance, Golf, Palace West, Lakes, Facilities, Security, and more. Please know that we are incredibly appreciative of your time, resilience, and dedication.

In the midst of the darkness, there is always light... Many important IRC projects continue to move forward in this time, including the IGT Red Zone
Conversion. The Isleta Lakes and RV Park remain open, as well. Ongoing projects continue, including deep cleaning to mitigate the spread of

germs. Concerts are being rescheduled. Inventory is occurring. Employee hallway floors are being stripped and treated. Management is communicating with the CEO’s office twice weekly, at the very least, and many other pockets of progress continue throughout the Resort.

At this time, we do not yet have an anticipated date for operations and scheduling to continue as normal. As soon as we do, we promise to share it with you. Your

participation in our various communication methods is greatly appreciated, and absolutely essential. Available communication methods including:

  • Human Resources or your Direct Supervisor;

  • Please opt into the Text Alert System. Simply send a new message to the

    number 74121. The message you should send is “teamisleta”. If you need

    further assistance, please see HR.

  • If you have Facebook, please send a request to join the private “Isleta Resort

    & Casino Team Members” group. A Team Member page has been created on our website. Simply scroll to the bottom of the home page at www.isleta.com to find the link.

  • A Team Member Hotline will be unveiled in the coming days.

    We ask for your continued patience and support as we navigate the current Covid- 19 Pandemic, which experts unfortunately expect to be at its worst for Americans throughout this week. We urge you to please continue to exercise the utmost of caution, take care of yourselves, stay hydrated, and follow requirements for social distancing.

    Remember, we are Team Isleta. We Respond and Care! This is the time to come together, to exercise caution, to take care of ourselves and our families. Though this is challenging, we remain dedicated to our Team Members, the Pueblo of Isleta, and our community.
