Cindy and her staff were amazing. We always received quick responses to all our questions, all details were captured as we communicated and the entire experience went as planned. The details, the food, and the communication were exactly what we expected. Our friends and family had so much fun and said it was “the best” wedding they had ever been to. Thank you to Isleta, Cindy and her catering staff for the amazing experience and the memories to last a lifetime!

Cynthia and her staff were phenomenal they went above and beyond for everything that I wanted! They made everything perfect I couldn’t have asked for anything more then what they gave. Cynthia helped with so many things which helped me to relax and calm down. Bridal stress is no joke! We had a amazing wedding, I think because isleta provided us with an amazing wedding package that made us confident & took care of the major concerns for wedding day. [I would like to give a] shoutout to the reliable hardworking CYNTHIA MARTINEZ our event coordinator, she so is warm, very helpful, honest, professional and easy to communicate with. She’s well experienced and knows what the bride (especially) & wedding needs. I loved working with her.

As a bride with a HUGE wedding guest list of over 400 — Isleta Resort & Casino had a great wedding package & perks. Having Ms. Cynthia was The Best experience & I may call as an INVESTMENT in your big day! Ms. Cynthia and her team walk an extra mile & went above and beyond to EXCEED our expectations. Isleta Resort & Casino partners with most wedding vendors too which made it easy. We had such great positive feedback with the venue, the food was delicious, event space was great. And the bar was good! Our complimentary rooms/accommodation was great!

Also shoutout to the team!! They are very helpful, professional and organized. The majority of our wedding details were custom & personalized, so working with the professional team was efficient. The tasting was a great experience— the chef—was amazing! Our custom made cake was the bomb!! It’s was the Best!! It’s so pretty, yummy & big— complimentary too! Our guests enjoyed the delicious, Hors d’oeuvre that just flowed non stop till our delicious buffet. Our Overall experience was EXCELLENT, highly recommended.

We had our wedding here last week (07/07/2018) and it was everything I could have hoped for! I worked with Cindy throughout the engagement and she was wonderful. She was very responsive and helpful. Cindy answered every question I had and ensured that every detail was perfect. The cake provided by the resort was beautiful and tasted great (not too sweet). They did nearly all the setup and cleanup which was extremely helpful. The setup for the ceremony as well as the reception were very pretty. I had changed some details throughout the engagement and they were accommodating. Cindy herself helped setup centerpieces and she stayed throughout the night to ensure everything went smoothly and there were no issues! Cindy helped make the wedding planning process less stressful. I highly recommend Isleta Resort as a venue!!

Isleta Resort provided us the wedding of our dreams! We strongly recommend Isleta Resort for your next wedding or special event! Our family has been beyond pleased with the two weddings we had at Isleta Resort, which Cynthia coordinated. Cynthia and her team were great to work with from the very beginning! She would respond promptly to any questions or requests. She would also remind us of wedding details we may not have ever thought of. Cynthia seamlessly coordinated with our vendors to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams! The banquet staff did an amazing job assisting in setting up the ballroom and taking care of our guests!

Numerous guests complimented Isleta’s staff, food, bar, grand ballroom, and overall beauty! The buffet provided our guests several tasty food choices that everyone absolutely loved! The breakfast we requested the day of the wedding was also delicious and convenient. The cake Isleta (Casey) made us was stunning and delicious! It looked even better than the picture we provided her! The staff took great care of us the night of our wedding by providing top notch customer service! Isleta resort has many beautiful scenic options (lakes, spa, resort landscape, etc.) for photographers to capture your special day! The Governor’s Suite makes for the best hotel room for the bridesmaids to get ready and the Jr. Suite for the groomsmen! It was a pleasure doing business with Cynthia and her team. Our wedding couldn’t have been any better than it was! Every little detail we had in our minds Cynthia Martinez and the entire staff pulled together and made into reality! It was literally like they looked into our dreams and pulled it out to real life! The food was amazing!! All of our guest couldn’t believe how delicious everything was and how much they got!! They thought we spent a fortune! But luckily Isleta is soooo much bang for the buck! They handle everything for you! Our cake was TO DIE FOR! That was most people’s favorite part I heard compliments all night on how delicious our cake was! That’s another thing about Isleta that we loved was how much they have to offer! Not only did we eat drink and be marry but they included the cake too and reception space in the package! I couldn’t believe how inclusive it all was! No one else compared to them on how inclusive everything was for the price! And we believe in our hearts that no one could’ve pulled our day off any better than Isleta did! Cindy is absolutely wonderful she was so attentive with every email very fast made sure she got every single detail–and she did!!! We didn’t have a wedding planner but with her we didn’t need one! She was there opening the doors for me the day of when I walked down the aisle! I’ve never seen anyone so devoted and sooo amazing at their job but she is absolutely the best at it! Our guests had so much fun – I didn’t hear one single complaint from anyone! Everything was so positive and everyone thought that the staff did an amazing job! Shout out to the bartender for keeping our peeps happy he was great! Everyone was so supportive and seemed happy to be there celebrating us and our day! It couldn’t have gone any better it really couldn’t have unless God himself came down and was a guest at our wedding! I just can’t thank Cindy and Isleta –I wish I could name the whole staff by names because they were all so wonderful— enough for everything they did to make our day ! Thank you!

If you are looking for a place that has most of the accommodations you need without having to go to a bunch of different vendors this is the place. Everyone is super friendly and are there to work for you. I’m glad I didn’t go anywhere else 🙂

Cindy Martinez, Catering Sales Manager at the Isleta Resort & Casino, was amazing to work with. She was very attentive to all of my needs. I was always sending her emails and she was always very helpful and delightful. She helped make our wedding day extra special. The food and venue were amazing!! Apologies that this review is long overdue! Isleta Resort and Casino is really something special! From my bridal shower to my wedding day the service, staff, food, atmosphere was astounding! I could not be happier with the quality and professionalism of the services provided by the event staff, banquet staff, reservation staff, bell/valet service, and staff at the golf course (where bridal shower took place). Cindy and all staff that assisted her did a job well done to make sure our day was special. On our wedding day and my bridal shower we had full confidence that they would ensure that each moment was the most memorable. I remember taking a peek at the ballroom the night before…it was 7:30pm and the banquet staff were still working hard to prepare for our special day the next day. The staff was very attentive and asked if I was happy with the setup and if there are any changes that needed to be made. I had no changes, but I was just so speechless at the time because it looked so beautiful. The wait staff were very nice and attentive to all of our wedding guests, which I appreciate! The bell service the day after the wedding to assist with loading our vehicles with gifts were amazing. They handled our goods with care and took their time when loading. We truly appreciated their patience and helpfulness. Cindy, herself was very responsive when I had questions or needed opinions. A bride and groom’s day should not be overwhelming with decisions on their wedding day, which Isleta made sure not to do because everything they needed from us and final touches were taken care of well in advance! I am so happy with Isleta Resort and Casino as our reception venue, I cannot thank them enough for the exceptional service.
